Company Benefits

  • Commission Structure:

    50% commission split on any sales made by you; for example - if the company bills £50,000 you earn £25,000.

  • Revenue Share:

    Revenue share for everyone you introduce to Tyron Ash International Real Estate. For everyone that successfully joins us as an agent, you personally receive a 5% of the total figure billed by that recruit! - This is the highest revenue share offered anywhere in the luxury real estate business!

  • Career Development:

    There is also potential growth to be able to run your own team and to grow into profit share once you’ve demonstrated your success. All senior partners leading our teams are prime examples of this, all starting as agents like yourself to developing into some of the highest billing agents.
